Hey there, thank you for the feedback, I've taken it into consideration and for the moment both I and my colleague are unable to fix most of the issues pointed out, but even so I've remade the installer so that it behaves and looks better specially considering your points. In case you'd like to experience it again, little of the demo in itself has been changed other than a few slight performance optimizations.
I love the story that you have going. The idea of all the stars going out and this being the final one, that in and of itself is scary. Why is this happening? What is causing it? It may be to late to stop it, but perhaps you can go back in time and prevent it from happening. You got something here....I would surmise a game like SOMA, a survival game where stealth and hiding are key, solve the mystery. Just my two cents. I enjoyed it, and great Trek references. ;p Keep it up looking to see where this goes.
The game has a nice look to it and the little bit of lore you put in is nice despite the game being a tad short. I would suggest taking a look at your SFX for the rifle and make it sound a bit more meatier when it is being fired. That and I had slight trouble just trying to pick up the gun.
I love the presentation and setting/story! I wish you luck with further development. It's a bit short, yes, and I guess it might get a bit longer during the development. You nailed the aesthetic but in my opinion it lacks atmosphere the most. You're probably working on it. Just a little buzzing, machines running, computer beeps in the background or other sci-fi type of sound effects could be present and it would already make it a lot more immersive. One more nitpick, make the dwarf star bigger as they usually have volume of Earth. So far this is a good short sci-fi game.
This demo's pretty damn good, honestly. It's a simple game right now but everything looks and plays great. I really think it has potential to be pretty badass when you expand on it some more. Thanks for the fun!

Beyond that, it's a decent sci-fi game.
